Error after update to NT12.37

Please can anyone help after updating to NT12.37 i get error below when i try to open a form from the browse procedure.
1. Record not found: (5) Error 0: from key CUS:Key_CustomerId

a. Make sure that the browse and form are using the same table, and same unique key.

b. Make sure you are using a "fresh" browse window. The browse window will go "stale" if the server is restarted, or your session times out.
