Call Report from static page

How can call NetTalk report from static web page?

Also it is have a possibility to call clarion process from NetTalk?

A webserver browse inside a "Static page" has a button in each row .

Action is Other
Type - submit
Text -  'Print'
Name - 'print_btn'
URL - 'orderrpt1'   ( this is my report procedure)
Target frame - '_blank'

Note in this case I'm printing order to pdf file.
