Hi,
Using the web border extension in a page header it shows a little cutted at the right side in IE7, not in FB.
Using the web border extension in a page footer it shows a little cutted at the right side in IE7, not in FB.
More data...
If you compare the width of the page footer border against a windows menu, the footer border is a little greater than the menu width.
You can see the effect in the attached window.
