What is the best way to refresh a transaction list browse after an insert?

I have a number of browse windows that display transactions in decending transaction number order. For example picking slips, transfers etc. When the user inserts a new record they can not see that record when they return to the browse. New transactions are always one record above the top of the browse.

What is the best way to reset a browse to a particular position when returning from inserting a record?

It should return to the record they just added.
Any chance you can duplicate this effect with one of the examples? Or send me an example?
