Adding image to Form Heading

Hi All,

anyone know if it is possible to add an image to the left of the form heading.

I tried to do it in Myformheading css class I created but it did not appear.

I use CS draw on my windows app to create a heading banner on every screen and I just wanted to see if I could replicate something similar and what it would look like on the web.

Kevin, I did this, but I can't remember which app it was right now, so I'll have to look into it. However, I recall that I had trouble with the CSS unless I gave it a fully qualified URL and not just a relational one.
