Responsive not working with actual mobile devices

Hi, Bruce

My app responds nicely to a wide range of mobile devices in the FireFox media simulator, but on actual phones both Android and IOS it only displays in full width (tiny font, much horizontal scrolling) for the whole session.  I am trying to stay in responsive CSS using media conditionals.  Would this be a suitable discussion at tomorrow's user group?  Thanks.

For anyone following,  Bruce dealt with this on the March 29, 18 user group about 80 minutes in.  In summary:

Web Server app> GLobal Extensions> Activate NetTalk Server> Web Apps> "Turn Off pinch to zoom" should be turned on.
