positioning chieck boxes

Is it possible to position check boxes to the right of the list? It would be great if I could create two columns of check boxes. Is it possible?

absolutely it's possible.
Set the procedure field in the form  to be not "last on line"
and also set it to span n rows (where n is the number of checkbox fields.)
