openSSL:FATAL - nettalk 9.19

Hi Bruce
I upgrade from NT9.16 to NT9.19 today. Also upgrade to latest StringTheory and Xfiles

Compile without errors. When try to run the webserver receive a OpenSSL:Fattal error:
OpenSSL_Uplink(24091000,09): No OPENSSL_Applink

Any suggestions what to do will be appreciated.

  Did you copy the new file dh2048.pem and de updated file CARoot.pem?

That's not a Clarion error - so I would need an example app to hopefully duplicate here.
Do you get the same effect in one of the shipping examples?
