this is known as Geocoding. there are a variety of Geocoding options out there, but I haven't done any myself yet.

Can I add a Google Map in a form and interact with it with its API?

there is a Map form field type, but it doesn't use Google maps.
That said of course you can integrate anything you like onto your web page, so certainly there's nothing stopping you from using google maps and their API.
