Thread Pool crash with mixed SSL app

Bruce, take your mixed SSL app #8 and add the Thread Pool window, etc. per the instructions on the NetTalk website documentation for it. The app will compile ok and the server window will open, but as soon as you connect to it in your browser, it crashes. FYI, I added the ThreadPoolWindow to both the non-SSL (extension 3) and SSL (extension 5) global extensions. I'm on Win8.1 64bit, C9.1 latest and NetTalk v8.39.

thanks - side effect of having two servers in the same procedure, both sharing the same PoolThread widow procedure. Fixed in 8.40.
