« on: April 29, 2014, 03:23:56 AM »
Getting this error while trying to open a map using Firefox:

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script: http://69.92.96.104:89/scripts/all.js?c=1:909

In Internet Explorer 11 is just freezes.

No sir.  I cannot.  I played around with the shipped maps example and, despite my best efforts, it worked every time.  :-)

Everything works fine on my development machine.  So, that led me to believe that, maybe, I was missing a DLL.

I made sure I have all my DLL's and the error still persists.

Perhaps the co-existence of an all.js.gz file and all.js file could be causing a conflict?  Hmmm...I don't know.

I'll keep plugging away.  I'm sure I'm missing something on the user's machine.

Thanks,

Don

Bruce,

I have come to the conclusion that it has something to do with the environment of the machine running the NT server.

The machine is running Windows Server 2003.  It is behind a Sonic Wall security device.

There may be some other anti-virus software that could be to blame.

I can try to open the map on my personal machine's browser (which normally runs the maps fine) and I get the error.

So, it's got to be something with that machine.

I'll keep looking and will report back if I discover the problem.
