The footer of that page says 7.11 - is that hard-coded or are you using the version variable? There was a problem with the planner in 7.11, but was fixed for 7.12. So just double-check and make sure.

If you are on 7.12, can you test the example and see if you get the same effect there?

I cannot duplicate it in 7.12. It seems to be fixed.
