UPDATE OF WEB FOLDER REQUIRED - Try pressing Ctrl-F5. Server is on version 6.42 but web folder is on version 5.48

Hi, I copied the new .exe and the web folder to the client server but even when I press Ctrl-F5 I{m getting this error.
Any thing I can check?

Hi Michelis,

Sometimes it helps to clear the cache from you browser.

But Bruce, it is not happening to me.
It happens in the client server.
I copy my own web folder many times and it does not modify anything.
You mean to copy de  gzipall.bat to my client server and run it?
Thanks

when you deployed your exe to your client did you also deploy the dependant things from the web folder?
was that before or after you ran copyall and gzipall on your dev environment.

UPDATE OF WEB FOLDER REQUIRED  presumably means just that ...

When I deploy I allways send the exe, dlls and the web folder, the same web folder I´m using to develope and test.

the one time i saw this message incorrectly in a browser was when AVG quarantined  my app (and an exe in the clarion/bin folder!), scared me, but it happened only once.
not your problem i think...

in nt7 the version for this checking is at the top of netweb.js
if your clients  netweb.js  says 5.48,  its not what you want., you need one that says  6.42
(its also in the files that combine jscripts eg: all.js and the gzipped versions, so if those get mismatchedwith you server settings you might have an issue)

or its something else...
