Browse without Next/Previous
« on: February 20, 2012, 10:35:08 PM »
Hi all,

I've been asked by a client to modify an order form that is currently in NetTalk.  It is a simply Order header with a browse below it to handle order line items.

The form is on a popup by the way...

The client has asked if there is a way to dispense with the 'Next/Previous' buttons on the browse, and to have the browse (and thus the popup window) to be 'ever expanding' to handle a growing list of items.

Possible in NetTalk?

Thanks,
Devan

sure, set it to "file loaded" instead of "page loaded" on the options tab.

aside: the above is best in your case, but in some cases you want "file loaded" but only to some reasonable number. Like, say 100. Then set the page size to 100 rows (also on the options tab.) In "almost all" cases it then behaves like file loaded.

cheers
