Cannot upload PNG

It is a very small PNG file - and how do I contact the administrator?

Ditto got a MAJOR problem and cannot send files. Been like this for 2 days. Reported it to Bruce yesterday and again about 5 mins ago.

I had the same problem also. As a workaround, you probably can upload your files to your own website and put a link in your message.
