Form "User must be logged in" problem

From a windows menu I call a Form in change mode to edit the user account.
If you are in the form and the server goes down or the server disconects the session, when you refresh the page the login form appears, you log in again but the form appears blanked.
If you refresh the page again, it is still balnked, if you use the menu option the the form appears ok filledin with the right values.
Attached goes the web3.app and dct modified to show this behaviour.
The change1 menu option opens the James record (with a session id variable set in the login form) in change mode.

Steps to reproduce:
Log in
Click on the Change1 menu option and look at James record
Go to the Mailboxes browse
Shut the server down
Run the server again
Click on the Change1 menu option
Log in again
James record apperars balnked
Click on the Change1 menu option and look at James record
