Position menu items a few points up

Hi,
In NTWS5 the menu items are much below the menu name.
Is there a way to move the first meu item up a bit?
I think that at least two more menu items fit in the space between the menu name and the first menu-item.

I use FF 3.5.6
The menu I use is the TaskPanel menu
As you can see in the screenshot, the first menu item is way below the menu name.
I wonder if it could be moved up a bit.

yeah, I noticed that in one of my apps as well - that's already been sorted for the next build.
