Form Template Insert another

In the form template is a drop 'On Save, When inserting:'  With a drop with options: Return to Browse; Insert Another;

Setting this to Insert Another seems to have no affect at all.  Is this normal?

It's been a _long_ time since I did that feature, and I don't use it myself, so it might be "broken". Especially if the form is in Popup mode. Feel free to post a bug report with example.
