NT 12.19 padding theme varible

Hi, any way of adding a theme variable for the padding?

so, obviously, we can make a theme setting for everything. But there are already close to 1000 settings, and given that padding is everywhere, with different values, this seems like an unhelpful path to go down.

Rather just derive this setting in your custom.css as before.
