Choosing front or rear facing camera on ipad - NT build 11.13

Hi Bruce,
In one of my recent posts about using a webcam in an app running on an ipad, you kindly said you would tweak the next build of NT (11.12) to provide the choice of which camera to use.
I have installed NT 11.13 and cannot find the setting?
Is it an option or does the running app ask which camera?

It's an option on the File Upload field (in the template).
"Allow capture from local device if available" changed from a checkbox to a drop-down.
