Long page will always open at bottom

Hallo!

I have a browse where I need to show all records (around 30).
Every time I open the page it goes to the bottom. In the bottom there is no button or any other element to get focus...

Why it open at the bottom?
Is this a bug? or I need to do some configuration settings?

Hi Robert,

is the page online so we can see it?

My guess is that the first element capable of taking the focus is down the page, so it scrolls so that is visible.
But without seeing the page I don't know for sure.
