NO SYNC in disconnected app with NT 11.05

With all the problems I have had with this disconnected app, now there is no sync occurring.  There is data in the local storage, but none shows in the target TPS file.  In addition, my browse is empty.  This has happened 3 times before and each time I had to rebuild this app using just my dictionary.  I have concluded NT 11.05 is not ready for building disconnected apps.  Never have I had so much trouble with NT.  See attached image.

I uninstalled JFiles and XFiles, then re-installed.  Now there is syncing but the browse is still blank, when clearly there are records in both the tps file and local store. 

So, I decided to rebuild again, from my dictionary.  Now the NT Wizard is not running as expected.  See earlier post.
