xccdx40.dll and dscrt40.dll missing

I have a nettalk app that works on my PC
When downloaded to clients PC and run, 2  error messages display sequentially saying that
"xccdx40.dll is missing from this PC"
and
"dscrt40.dll is missing from this PC"

The Client is already running a different nettalk app built under the same DCT and third party version numbers
The two apps are sharing the same web folder. This first app was complied at the same time as the problem one, and run and works on Clients PC

The only thing I can think of is that I originally downloaded the problem exe  under a dll build but have since corrected that, back to Lib recompiled and sent

How to fix please and why should one exe work and not the other?

those DLL's are from PDF-Tools, not NetTalk.
My guess is your program is linking to PDF-Tools and hence you need to supply those DLL's - even in Lib mode.

yes Thank you.
I deleted the PDF tools global template and the PDF Tools from each report and got my old netTalk app back!!!
Thanks for your speedy reply- must be nettalk 10 post release  !
