ValidateRecord

Hi, it is my understanding that ValidateRecord is the place for me to change the value of a field prior to saving?
Like SavedOK = 'Y'
I prime this field as 'N'
It does not seem to want to change it on save.
I've used SSV and SetValue and just the field to no avail.

yes this is the right embed.
Perhaps this si a good question for the webinar today, come early so we can cover it before those pesky customers arrive...

Aside: There's also a "Prime on Save" setting on the Priming tab. So you can prime it to 'N' on Open and 'S' on Save.
