Add Column to browse issue
« on: December 01, 2014, 05:09:59 PM »
NT 8.32
CL 9.0

Trying to add a new column to any browse - examples and my apps
I get the fields section and click Insert
Clarion just blinks at me and does nothing???
I have run ResetIDE in clarion to no avail.
Re-Installed 8.32
Not sure why this started now except for installing 8.32

It will let me add a procedure

Brian.

Looks like none of the ellipses lookup buttons work?

maybe the window is opening somewhere you can't see it?

Try pressing Alt-space.
Select Move (if the popup menu appears)
press the right-arrow key on the keyboard once
then use the mouse to locate the window.

cheers

this I think it's not related to NT...It is related to Clarion9 latest build. It happens to me too and I revert back to build 11313 and everything back to normal.
Maybe you can test and see the effect.

regards,
Robert

Thanks Bruce - Yes already did all those, no window is opening from the elipsis button.
I am using Clarion 9.0.10376 - Same build I've been using for quite a while.
At this point I can't develop.

Can I get NT 8.31? and try loading that?

Brian.

OK - Resolved the issue - very strange

I noticed when I opened the application the view layout had changed to application.  I changed it back to default and all started working properly again.  I switched back to application and the issue did not return.

Thanks for your help.
