I´ve neved called a form as a popup, just use the checks in the templates then I dont know how.

You can't call popups from source-code links. Buttons, Menu Items, links in forms or browses yes, but not plain html links.

I cant seem to get a form or a browse to be a popup from a menu button on the pageheadertag ?
