DLL that enables compression

Which DLL has to be in the app directory to allow the 'Compress dynamic data' and 'Compress static files' ( WebServer settings/advanced) to actually take effect?

ZLIBWAPI.DLL

In later builds of Stringtheory this is copied to the app folder automatically.
(You need to deploy it obviously when you deploy your app.)
