Works with IPad but not with Iphone

Hi,

Staff at one of our clients can access our app through IPads but not with their IPhones.   No one else has reported the problem so we are at a bit of a loss.   Has anyone else experienced this type of problem or have any any suggestions?

my guess would be that when they access via a phone, the app is going into "mobile mode" which is likely very different (and possibly you have not tested for it.)

To keep the app in "desktop" mode (which is probably what you want for now) goto the WebHandler procedure, Actions, Settings, General tab, and set the mode to "Desktop".
