Intermittent JavaScript Error on log in page
« on: March 10, 2014, 10:55:03 AM »
I have a user that is complaining about having to restart the server in order to get the workstations to log in. The workstations are getting the error "Error in site Java Script" on the login page.

After restarting the server they have no problem getting logged in.

Any thing I can do in the program to make this work for them?

Using Nettalk 6 clarion 6.3

Hi Dave,

Not really much information to go on here, sorry. Probably what I'd do first is use Firefox and Firebug to determine the error in the console, and then move forward from there.

BTW - you're using a really old build of NetTalk and an epically old build of Clarion, so you might find you have fewer problems if you upgrade both of those. I recommend Clarion 9.  We don't support Clarion 6 anymore, so you're gonna find updates hard to come by if you stay there.

cheers
