NT 7.13 and PDF-Tools 4.1 compile error

Hi Bruce,

Just update to NT 7.13.
Compiling my webapp I get a error.

Unknown Variable '%PDFXT40bjName'

It was compiling 100% with NT 7.12.

I have PDF-Tools 4.1.
