Problem saving a form
« on: April 18, 2013, 09:18:19 AM »
Hi,
I have a memory form, in the CompleteFrom embed I have code to save some records.
When I use it from my developer computer all is ok, but when I try it in my clientes server the form change, some browse columns and buttons disapears and saves nothing.
I´ve attached the screen before and after press the save button.
Any idea of what is happening?
Thanks

Hi Alberto,

no ideas - sorry. There not a lot to go on in your report, but I'm wondering things like what browsers you are using (on your machine, and the clients machine), what errors (if any) appear in Firebug console, what conditions you've set for those buttons, and so on.

cheers
Bruce

Thanks Bruce,

May be because I´m testing it running in a Terminal Server client...
Will try using another machine.

I´'ve added code (AddLog) in the embed, and problem is nothing is executed when I press the form save button.
Is it ok to put the code in the "Complete form" embed?

PD:I´ve installed Google Chrome an all work OK !
IE does not work at all !
