Filter between dates

I need some help please.
I have a browse with two filters: a "start date" and "end date"
Don't seem to get the syntax correct.

'COB:Date_Purchased >= p_web.GSV('Sales_start_date') and COB:Date_Purchased >= p_web.GSV('Sales_end_date')'

Can someone please help me.

Your Filter:

'COB:Date_Purchased >= p_web.GSV('Sales_start_date') and COB:Date_Purchased >= p_web.GSV('Sales_end_date')'

I would make:

'COB:Date_Purchased >=' &  p_web.GSV('Sales_start_date') & ' and COB:Date_Purchased >=' &  p_web.GSV('Sales_end_date')

 just had to change the second >= to <=
