WebServer very slow on Windows7 32bit

Hallo,


When I run a web server on win7 32bit it run very slow. Pages are loaded very slow... The same web server on a XP it's very fast. There are some settings that I need to do on win7 ?

I'm using 32 bit Vista here as my main machine - haven't noticed an issue.
What address are you using to get to the machine?
http://localhost is likely slower than http://127.0.0.1

Hallo Bruce,

I didn't test on Vista, I have only XP and Win7. If I run the server on XP is very fast, on Win7 very slow... I disable anti-virus and firewall and the same..
but If the server run on XP and I connect from Win7 it is fast. Believe it's some settings from my Win7 ? But what could be?

Anyone have this issue?

I can second that same for Win7 ultimate 64.

Apparently it is not meant as webserver-OS

I have a client running a NT5 web server on Win7 32 in a VMWare ESX environment and the app is very fast.  UAC is on.
