Form displays in long format, before switching to TAB format. Normal ?

Hi Folks,

I have a Form that has the Style set to TAB. Every time I call the form, there is a short moment where the form displays in a style other than the TAB style that I have set.  The momentary style appears to have hotlinks in Blue text for the 3 tabs on the left hand side and then all the form fields follow below.

This style doesn't look like any of the standard ones, but more importatntly, it's a bit distracting and delays the TAB style from displaying. Does anyone know what might cause this, or is it normal behaviour ?

It's normal behaviour, at least for now.
It's something I'm looking into.
