NTWS5 - Form control buttons on browses different size

Are there any settings which could explain why the buttons on the attached 1.jpg are larger that on any other browse in the application.(e.g.2.jpg)?
This is an app that I brought in from a Nettalk4 app.

Check out the CSS setting on the browse
