Hi guys, is it possible using Let's Encrypt whithin NT to do what I show in the graph below?
if not, is there any other certification service that allows it?

yes. In your pic each of the servers would get their own certificates - all they need is a shared folder (from the server listening on port 80) so that the challenge file can be served by that server.
In other words - the listening port of the secure server does not matter. And whatever server that is actually on port 80 can serve the challenge file. All the other servers need to know is where o put it...
