How to translate "Required"

Please see image.
I know I can translate it looking for "required" in the WebHandler translate method, Im doing it with "click here to sort..." but is there any other way?
May be it better to add to the template this fixed words in Trad("required") and so on.

it's done via Translate method as you pointed out.
I can't add a template setting for everything that flows through Translate - there's too much stuff.
