NT 10.24 - Form tabs in mobile mode not working?

I have a small app I run on a desktop browser and it runs as expected.  However, when running on Safari on my iPhone, the three tabs on the update form are not accessible...only the first tab is seen.  The Next/Previous buttons don't do anything.  Any thoughts?

does the app, on the phone, appear in "desktop mode" (it should) or "mobile mode" (which has been deprecated?).
In WebHandler, Actions, set it to be explicitly "desktop mode".

Also make sure the phone is not in incognito browsing mode.
