I made a translation table with whatever the max number of fields are for your pages. Each page has its own record. I get the record for the page that's being pulled up, then instead of prompt values being entered in the app, I use the ellipse button to select the field from the translation table. NTW makes this pretty easy to do since you can use the value from the record instead of static text. Also, I use a field in the record for the language, and each user can select their preferred language at the start. So a user might have EN, FR, ES, etc., and I use that value, along with the page, to pull up the correct translation table.
Then of course I need someone to translate things for me. You could also cause the pages to get translated in Babelfish.com by send it as a link I believe.
