Ctrl-F5 on Mac and iPad?
« on: September 15, 2016, 12:11:09 AM »
Hi,

This is not really a NT question but I thought I'd ask here anyway since it's NT-related  ;)

After updating the program and web folder the users see the red out-of-sync bar. Some users with Macs say that Ctrl+F5 doesn't do anything and I'm staring at my iPad, wondering what to do.
I assume the cache will clear itself at some point on these devices but I'd rather tell my users how to get rid of the message right away.

Anyone?

Peter

On the performance tab turn on the option to "auto check cache".
