Refresh of netwebbrowse but buttons remain greyed out

I have a netwebbrowse which pops up a netwebform, the netwebform inserts a new record into the browse file and deletes an old one , I have set the option to refresh the hole browse , which happens but the buttons 'copy' 'delete' on the browse line remain greyed out.
If I click on the headers to resort then everything works and the buttons come alive again ?
any suggestions ?

Is there any clue from say Firebug/Console as to what is happening?

Sounds like it might be that pesky xhtml "i don't work properly for heaps of different reasons" thing.

Hooray Finally managed to replicate the problem on web21 example

Its works fine on a form with 1 tag ie. form and 1 browse on a tag  the browse gets _refresh_=saved
as soon as you add the 3rd tag the thirrd tag browse gets _refresh_=first

attached find the modified app and dict. (i cahnged the dict to take auto num out)

Instructions
--------------
download app and dct
run
choose browse Invoices
select update invoice
go to tab3 lineitems
select copy button
chnage the descrition of the item
press save

you will notice the browse doent refresh

However if you delete the 2nd tab in the form so the lineitems becomes the 2nd tab
recomple the app, everything work just dandy.
