how compare H5 with nettalk, i saw is same old Web Builder with other name and bootstrap interface and why Diego SV always attack Nettalk product?

I think that the only need nettalk is a full responsive design and most important for mobile.

Hi Osa,

>> how compare H5 with nettalk,

There are various comparisons in the newsgroups and in webinars on this, but at it's most fundamental level;

a) H5 can transform an _existing_ (ABC) app to be on the web. The primary benefit is that it takes very little effort to get to this point. The primary disadvantage is that it's running an instance of your exe per user (via app broker) and so scalibility is limited.

b) NetTalk is a "new" template chain, so while you can reuse a lot of existing code, fundamentally you are building a fair bit of stuff from scratch. So the price is a steeper learning curve, and more effort, but the result is much easier to install, much easier to scale, and ultimately gives you a lot more control over the result. It is in effect a much "richer" experience.

>> I saw is same old Web Builder with other name and bootstrap interface

that's one way to describe it, yes. Although certainly it's a _large_ update to web builder, not just with the interface but also with the Ajax support and so on.

>> and why Diego SV always attack Nettalk product?

I'm not sure Diego would agree with the word "attack" - but clearly it serves a different purpose to NetTalk. H5 is his product, so I think it's fair of him to promote it as much as he can. Personally I don't think the two are really in "competition" - WebBuilder and Internet Connect have demonstrated that the Appbroker serves a very niche purpose, and it's not a purpose that is served well with NetTalk. But by the same regard it was pretty much useless to "build a web app" in WebBuilder - the end result (for most people) was not terribly satisfying.

I think H5 has responsive design as well. In fact, right now, I'd say it probably has "more" responsive design (for some definitions of that word) than NetTalk. That's because NetTalk has longer roots, and is much richer, and pre-dates responsive design in some cases. That said things are changing under the hood, and thanks to the way Clarion and templates work, that is automatically applied to your apps.

Cheers
Bruce

Nettalk is a Rock Solid, i have a site with more than 2400 user register and running for the past 4 year without problem and 4 year of Nettalk evolution.

For me Nettalk is a best template made with clarion for web purpose

Thanks Bruce..
