Webserver and Scandinavian character
« on: May 15, 2015, 04:54:12 AM »
Does anyone know what settings I have to use to get Scandinavian characters correctly with webserver ?

I've tried the following settings
charset  / Store data as
'UTF-8'  / Scandinavian
'UTF-8' / utf-8
'ISO-8859-1' / Scandinavian
'Latin1'/ Scandinavian
'Latin1'/utf-8
 ..... and so on

Thanks

Jari

Hi Jari,

I'm using utf-8 / Scandinavian. Haven't experienced any problems with that.

I just tested with C6.3 and NT 6.55 and thats OK !
With C9.1 and NT 8.42 and StringTheory 2.19 scandinavian characters are not correct
