Just some feedback.
Converted most of my Applications to Nettalk8 over the weekend. (obviously backed up the Nettalk7 versions).
So far no problems.
The packet change is quite straight forward and luckily I was only using p_web._open() syntax in one application.
The weblog change goes very easily using option 3
I am going to be running some testing today on inserts, deletes, locators etc.
It would be useful to have a global default setting for locator type. I find that almost always I would use position as my default and the other options only under certain circumstances. At the moment creating a new browse defaults to search and requires me remembering to go into the locator screen to change it to position.
