Browse - Edit in place - Radio buttons?

Hi ,

Was wondering if this was possible?

Currently I am using a drop list , which works well, but it uses 2 clicks, one to drop the list and the next to select the option.
My drop list only has 4 options, and I thought that a jquery style radio button would work really nicely in a list,
all 4 options will be visible, and it will take only one click.
