There was an issue with the screen jumping down a line after a field was accepted. (I think Bruce said it was an IE7 Issue) This was fixed in PR 10/11. But it seems that the issue is still there for a tag browse.
You can see it in the tag example. After you tag the second record in the browse, the browse will jump down a line.
