Date lookup with Firefox and SSL

Hi,

I have encountered a problem doing date lookups with Firefox with SSL.  The lookup window isn't wide enough to display all the day columns and there is no way to scroll across.  Works fine without SSL or using IE.

Is there a property I can set to increase the width of window used by the calendar?

Hi Casey,

which version of NetTalk are you using?
which version of FireFox?

I'm not seeing that effect here - is your site online so I can see it "live"?

Hi Casey and Bruce, I thought it was just me going crazy yesterday while testing the date field.

I'm a few clicks behind on the 4.31 version, using the latest version of FF 2. I was going to look into it but the window wasn't big enough for my FireBug controls to work. It appears okay in IE 6 something, but that's because the screen opens wide enough to show all the date columns. The content of the popup is wider that it used to be with 4.30.

Glad it's not just me. I guess.

I am using FF 2.0.0.15 and NetTalk 4.30  but today the problem has disappeared. 

Normal behaviour for the app was to open the lookup page with the calendar table slightly too large, but a quick refresh followed that squeezed the table into the available width.  The problem was the lookup page didn't refresh in FF with SSL.  Now it does. No idea what has changed.

If I can replicate it again I will set up a demo.

I'm guessing that a simple Ctrl-F5 while in SSL mode will sort it out.
But if you do come across it again please let me know.

I've tried refreshing this thing like crazy, and can't get it to work still. I'm not using SSL on my app.

Casey, maybe you can confirm this, but after extensive testing, I'm pretty sure it had to do with a plug in for Firefox that was recently updated--most likely an HTML validator or screen shot plugin. Disabled a couple of them and it works fine again. I'll try to post which one was giving me trouble later.

I updated to Firefox 2.0.0.16.  Maybe that fixed it.

I did too, but it didn't make any difference. I just tested it and the HTML Validator Add In will make it happen.
