'Add' button on a Browse within a form
« on: July 22, 2012, 05:53:33 PM »
Hey all,

Just working on my first REAL serious hybrid desktop/mobile web app in NetTalk.  All coming together nicely, but I have one section which is a Browse which leads to a Form that has an embedded browse in it - your classic Invoice Header/Invoice Line details type scenario.

I have inline buttons for changing/deleting line items from the Invoice Line Details area that work fine, but the 'Insert' button which appears underneath the line items in the desktop version, now appears in the mobile header bar on the top left.  I think this placement is wrong for this sort of form.  It is confusing for the user when the 'Add a line item' button is on the header bar, and the 'Save Invoice' etc. button are at the bottom of the page.

Ideally, I would like the 'Insert' button to appear as a standard button underneath the browse on the mobile version as well.

Any way to over ride this?

Cheers,
Devan
