I've got a simply Browse form here with a Locator field. I've set the default sort order on the browse to be the second column, which is the 'Description' field.
Yet, when the browse opens, the default search locator is always the first column, the 'Code' field.
I've even tried changing the 'Default Sort Order' section under the 'Locators' tab on the Browse procedure to specify the 'Description' column as being the default sort field, and 'Description' as the 'Default Locator Field' but to no avail. Every time I open the Browse the 'Code' field is always the default locator field.
Have I missed something else?
