Add a "back" button to a form

I've seen this done on the TNA server I believe - how does one create a back button that takes the user back to the page they came from? Thanks for any help.

A little javascript might work

As a link
<a href="#" onClick="history.go(-1)">Back</a>

or as a button
<input type=button value="Back" onClick="history.go(-1)">
